It’s a sign! 

As I walked up to the freezer (because I saw the sale tags from the opposite end of the store) I see that the strawberry flavour is sold out. It’s the only flavour I ever buy of this stuff, and only when it’s on sale. 

I took this as a sign that I should NOT buy ice cream and be healthy! 

Then I thought, maybe it’s a sign I should try new things. . . So I bought the caramel cone explosion flavour and ate the whole thing in one sitting.

Damn it. 

Deli for lunch.

While not entirely “healthy”, I’m having a lunch meeting at a deli. Should be quite tasty. I’m pretty pumped.

Stress.

Frayed Rope about to Break

As many people do, I have a lot of stresses in my life right now. These tend to be triggers for my bad eating and lack of exercise more often than any other influence.

I’m having a hard time dealing with the positive dietary and physical changes I’m trying to implement in my life while simultaneously fighting the key stress causing factors.

Any and all suggestions on how to keep stress to a minimum, and more importantly how to keep it from hurting my positive gains would be greatly appreciated.
