Stress.

Frayed Rope about to Break

As many people do, I have a lot of stresses in my life right now. These tend to be triggers for my bad eating and lack of exercise more often than any other influence.

I’m having a hard time dealing with the positive dietary and physical changes I’m trying to implement in my life while simultaneously fighting the key stress causing factors.

Any and all suggestions on how to keep stress to a minimum, and more importantly how to keep it from hurting my positive gains would be greatly appreciated.

 

Getting through it.

I, as I mentioned yesterday, have a pretty good head cold, but I really should get to the gym today.

Any recommendations as to how I get over this motivation issue? Or should I stay home and be sick?

Temptation.

Tomorrow is the Tap Takeover for Parallel 49 Brewing’s “Brews Brothers” tour. Twelve separate beers from 12 separate breweries starting at 6pm. None of which are available anywhere else in the province.

I’ll be at Barley Brothers Stadium tomorrow night.

Ugh. I love beer.
